6. Warranty

This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the purchased items, existing at the time of delivery and manifesting within 2 years of delivery. Excluded from lack of conformity, and therefore from the legal warranty, are any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products not in accordance with their intended purpose, or the effect of normal wear and tear. To benefit from this warranty, the Customer must report the lack of conformity by sending a communication to the seller indicating the defects and faults found.

The Customer may choose to ask the seller to repair the item or replace it, at no cost in either case, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller. If repair or replacement are not possible, the Customer may opt for a proportional reduction of the price paid or for termination of the contract. It should be noted that the Customer has no right to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is of minor importance only.
