GLS Courier
We ship with GLS Courier. Delivery times are 24/48 hours (counted on working days, we do not ship on Saturdays) depending on the area of Italy.
For the regions of Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, delivery may take one or two extra days.
The shipping cost is displayed once the order is confirmed through the cart.
The cost depends on the shipping area, weight, and volume of the package.
On certain shipments, there may be a slight surcharge which will be communicated via email, as the order may be shipped in multiple boxes.
In case of theft/loss, AMERIO COSTUMI undertakes to send a new product, and if the same is unavailable and/or out of stock, it will propose a different product with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the option to refuse the new product and request the issuance of a credit note for the same product.
In the event that the recipient prefers not to have their purchased products shipped via GLS but through their own transporter/courier, AMERIO COSTUMI will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its own warehouses.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is that given by GLS (see above), it may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.

HOME DELIVERY
We provide home delivery within the entire municipal territory of TORINO*. Delivery usually takes place either during lunch break (between 13:00 and 14:00) or in the evening after 19:30.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a message from us informing you when we could come by.
The cost of the service is €6.00.
*Excluding areas with ZIP codes: 10126, 10127, 10131, 10132, 10133, 10134, 10135, 10136, 10137, 10142, 10146, 10151.

We use POSTE ITALIANE to ship ONLY BOOKS using their service BOOKLET SHIPPING.
the cost depends on the weight:
- from 0 to 2 Kg: €1.35+€3.35 (recommended service) = €4.70;
- from 2 to 5 Kg: €3.95+€3.35 (recommended service) = €7.30;
With this service, the shipment is not tracked.

For shipments within the ONLY MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, we always use the GLS courier.
For all other non-EU countries, we use other couriers.
The cost varies from destination country to country, based on the weight and size of the shipment.

SHIPPING WITH ITALIAN POST TO VENICE AND LAGOON LOCATIONS.
We have activated shipping with ITALIAN POST for the municipalities of Venice and those located in the Venetian lagoon.
Prices, including VAT, vary depending on weight (maximum weight 30 Kg).
