Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without giving any reason and without penalty.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (individuals purchasing for non-professional purposes).
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following items:
- Products made to measure or clearly customized.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery (e.g. opened or tested make-up, products without hygiene seals or labels).
- Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

Products you wish to return
You will receive confirmation of your request and all return shipping instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Products must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal communication.
Refund
Once the products have been received and verified, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
