A: If you order by 12:30 PM, we ship the same day. If you order later, the shipment will be the next day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.


Q: How long does my order take to arrive?
A: For national shipments, delivery times vary depending on the location, usually 24-48 hours after courier dispatch. For international shipments, delivery times are longer, please contact us for more details.


Q: Do you also ship to minor islands?
A: Yes, we also ship to minor islands via dedicated courier. Contact us for a quote.


Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: The cost depends on the package weight and volume. The cart system will automatically update the shipping costs based on the selected products.

Q: Do you accept credit card/Postepay payments?
