1. When is my package prepared?
The package is prepared on the same day. If you place the order in the morning before 12:30, we manage to prepare it by that time; otherwise, we prepare it after 3:00 PM.
2. When is my package shipped?
If you place the order before 12:30, we can prepare and ship it on the same day. If you place the order after that time, we ship it the next day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For national shipments, it depends on the location. Usually, 24 hours from the departure from the GLS hub; for some locations, it can take 48 hours. To find out the exact time, click HERE and enter TW-TURIN as the departure hub and the ZIP code or Location (we recommend the location) as the destination.
For international shipments, the times are longer. Contact us for more details.
4. Do you ship to SMALL ISLANDS?
Yes, but with a different courier. Contact us for a quote.
7. How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight and size of the package. If you add the products you are interested in to the cart, it will automatically update the shipping costs.
8. Do you accept payment by CREDIT CARD/POSTEPAY?
Yes, we use the Paypal platform for this type of payment; you do not need to be registered.
9. Can I pay the courier on delivery?
No, I'm sorry. We do not ship orders with cash on delivery payment.
10. Can I buy without registering?
NO, we need your details to "serve you better".
