DERMA WAX

Grimas Derma Wax is a transparent, easily malleable wax designed to adhere perfectly to the skin and create realistic special effects such as wounds, cuts, scars, deformities and bumps.

Thanks to its flexible composition, it remains elastic even on the most mobile areas of the face and body, ensuring a natural and long-lasting effect. Available in 25 ml and 60 ml sizes.

Ideal for theatre, film, Halloween, cosplay and professional special effects.

How to use

Take the wax from the jar using the appropriate spatula (rounded side). To achieve the right elasticity, work it slightly between the spatula and the palm of your hand until it becomes soft but not sticky.

Apply Derma Wax to the skin with the rounded side of the spatula and blend the edges well, avoiding gaps where grease or moisture may enter. To smooth the edges, you can use a small amount of Cleansing Cream on your fingers.

Pat with a dry sponge and set with Transparent Powder to mattify.

To create more pronounced deformities, the wax can be coloured with Crème Make-up or Camouflage Make-up, then set with powder.

To create an open wound, shape the wax with the sharp side of the spatula forming a cut. Lightly lubricate the spatula with Cleansing Cream to prevent it from sticking to the wax. Gently widen the edges to achieve a torn effect and colour the base with dark shades and deep red for a realistic result.

Removal

Remove with Multi Remover Pure or Cleansing Cream, using the spatula if necessary. If a light film remains on the skin, cleanse with Cleansing Lotion.
