Chinese Boxes with Magic Case

Have a spectator sign a coin and place it inside a case that will be securely closed. Wrap the case in a scarf and hand it to another spectator. When they open the scarf, they will find the case still closed but empty: the coin will have mysteriously vanished!
At this point, open a series of Chinese boxes and, to the great amazement of the audience, the last box will contain the signed coin.
